Add support for plugins that are executed when players enter certain areas

Decided against this idea and just stick with https://github.com/Tomm0017/rsmod/blob/master/game/src/main/kotlin/gg/rsmod/game/plugin/KotlinPlugin.kt#L371. May add a user-friendly API layer
