Upgrade to dbt 0.20.0 #24

Tests pass on Darwin with Python 3.9.6 on ARM. Created a further docker container and ran against a real-world dataset in AWS with tables, views and incremental materialisation. Data tests passed, no errors, all seems to work fine.

@Prokopp Thanks a lot for this! I will be running some upgrades tests in a day or two on my side then will aim to get it all merged in 👍

Hi - thank you guys for the awesome work. I see there's now version 0.21.0 available, any chance we could upgrade into that? @Tomme
