Standalone server #113

A server as its own program, that wouldn't require for the game to be running. Not sure if there even is a use case that would make it worth it though.

Use case would be to have this running on a machine that isn't being played on, using less resources as well. Bump up the long term list, would be useful once we get NAT punch-through implemented.

It would be awesome if a dedicated server version came, will be glad to host one in long term!!
