[x] calculate azimuthal gap for all events and delete events with gap > gap_thd.
[x] Assign box-weight to the earthquakes
[x] Generate common source differential traveltime data from absolute traveltime data, the stations separation is less than dis_thd, the azimuth difference is less than azi_thd
[x] generate common receiver differential traveltime data from absolute traveltime data, the earthquake separation is less than dis_thd
[x] rotate sources and receivers
