• [x] Separate to op-unit-ci

OP-CI is Reborned. OP-CI 2.0 is successed in separating from op-core to op-unit-ci. That has refined the system and improved the visibility of the code.

The testcases are now automatically inspected!! Of course, the GitHub action will also complete!!
