The progress of OP-CD will be managed this issue.

[x] op-unit-cd
[ ] FreeBSD to GitHub <-- crontab not work
[ ] GitHub Webhook --> app3 --> timeout --> asynchronous（fiber?）

OP-CD is Reborned to OP-CD 2.0! That has refined the system and improved the visibility of the code.

CentOS 8 Stream can not longer.

app3: CentOS 8 Stream's git is broken. Could not automatically git submodule clone.
