If only one options page exists we should pull that by default if the page name isn't entered.

If there are multiple pages, maybe it always pulls the first page that was created? Might need a bit of thought

Adding to this, I think we should register a default options page that can't be deleted, like how ACF's options page plugin works.

Also: this page would be called just plain "Options" and show up in the sidebar as such. This would be the page that you get if you request an options page without a title/slug. ($cfsop->options(), see #5)
