Allow Total Slider templates to themselves define a gettext domain, and therefore have Total Slider gracefully support the i18n of custom templates.
This will allow greater use of generic templates, because the templates themselves are easy to internationalise — indeed the process would work exactly analogously to the process of WordPress theme/plugin i18n.
