"Required role level saved." message displays incorrectly #25

When you save Total Slider settings, the message "Required role level saved." is displayed, even if you aren't changing the required role level.

The message should either be more specific, or more generic. I'm leaning toward more generic, in the interest of sanity. Borrowing from Core's simple and direct "Settings saved." would be sufficient.

I forgot to put this in the commit log, but this was fixed as of e2cdcfdb49c7f656ca80d2fd3d78586309fdd6f2.
