Introducing the Twenty Twelve template!

This template is designed to fit in nicely with the new WordPress default theme (also called Twenty Twelve).

It's important to note that it's not perfect yet. The responsive component needs some tweaking to minimize breakage when the overlay is moved.

Still, this is a good start and worth releasing!

I notice that this pull request and my last one (#41) both reference a commit (36bbb11) that should be fixed with pull request #39. Merging that changeset first should update these pull requests to remove that commit from the changeset here and in #41.

If not, I can submit the pull requests again, or you can merge manually by adding my fork as a remote, running git fetch [remote], and then git merge [branch] to execute the merge. The changes should merge smoothly.
