Total Slider not available to ‘Developer’ role in WP #49

If the user logged in to WordPress is of the ‘Developer’ role, instead of ‘Administrator’, Total Slider does not appear in the sidebar of WP-Admin, and the required role level cannot therefore be configured to fix this.

The correct default roles to which Total Slider access should be granted needs to be investigated. Other appropriate roles must be able to actually use the plugin, after the user with that role has activated it.

I didn't even know that "Developer" was a role. Intriguing.

This isn't a Jetpack thing, which was suggested, as far as I can see.

Clearly it affects a non-zero number of people, though, so I will do a check on plugin activation and ensure that the user who activates the plugin is explicity given the correct capability. Further changes to the capability can then be made by that user in ‘Settings’.
