Lena Image #207

We need to think about the use of the Lena Image. It's no longer acceptable for IEEE publications and Lena Forsén suggested that the photo should be retired.

IEEE’s diversity statement and supporting policies such as the IEEE Code of Ethics speak to IEEE’s commitment to promoting an inclusive and equitable culture that welcomes all. In alignment with this culture and with respect to the wishes of the subject of the image, Lena Forsén, IEEE will no longer accept submitted papers which include the “Lena image.”

Scipy switched to other public domain images in https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pull/351

Sure, as tests are now being modified or even created, I think I could adopt them to work with a different image.
