• Upgrades to astra 1.9.9dev
• Removes scaling necessary for previous Astra versions. closes #64
• Implements AstraProjectorFlexible which handles 2D and 3D data with vector geometry. closes #65

• Updates all single channel processors to reuse output array closes #35
• Changes to untils.covert_geometry_to_astra to handle not AcquisitionGeometry closes #46
• Adds AstraOperator(ig, ag, device) as a single wrapper for AstraProjectorSimple, AstraProjectorFlexible. Handles any datatype on GPU, on CPU it's limited to 2D 'simple' geometeries (no Centre of Rotation etc.) closes #66
• Implemented FDK_flex as a processor for 2D and 3D cone beam data that handles vecotr geometry. partially addressing #67
• Added unit tests for AstraProjectorFlexible() and AstraOperator()

This will break backward compatibility as it now requires astra-toolkit 1.9.9

As far as I understand, framework with and without the https://github.com/vais-ral/CCPi-Framework/pull/609 should work (with old conventions) with CCPi-astra v20.04.2.

Am I right @gfardell ?

@paskino Yes, but this PR will only work with vais-ral/CCPi-Framework#609 . So Jenkins won't be happy until that is merged and tagged.
