Dear all, Is there any module for auto geometrical calibration for CBCT tomography in the CIL package?

Hi @amirhossein-saedpanah, in CIL there is an automated procedure to account for centre of rotation offset. If you plan to correct for wobble and other offset we do not have any procedure.

However, we think this could be implemented with our current tools. Do you have some dataset to test such procedure on?
