Zeiss Metrotom Data Reader #1471

Dear developers,

We have a Zeiss Metrotom XCT and we are trying to reconstruct the projections in CIL. We have written a data reader with NikonDataReader.py as the base. However, there is an object shift being done to account for ring artifacts on a per-projection basis and we have not added this to our data reader. We request you help us with this issue.
