Install: fails to install TIGRE #1474

Using the command

conda create --name cil -c conda-forge -c intel -c ccpi cil=23.0.1 astra-toolbox tigre ccpi-regulariser tomophantom "ipywidgets<8"

suggested in the README results in conflict. Mamba reports:

Encountered problems while solving:
  - package tigre-2.4-np121py39h0a26027_0 requires cudatoolkit >=10.2,<10.3.0a0, but none of the providers can be installed

I think this is a problem of my machine, where the driver is for cuda 10.1.
