On windows CILViewer is v slow and sometimes crashing unless I update Graphics Settings #341

I have to add the python.exe for my miniconda environment where I have the viewer installed within my Graphics Settings on windows to run "High performance"

Otherwise it is very slow / crashing.

Should we advise users of our apps to do this? Is there another way around?
