Improvements to selection of point 0 #16

Users may want to select the point0 after the pointcloud is created/loaded, to be at the location of one of the loaded points. A number of improvements could allow this:

[ ] sync the slice shown on the registration and 2D viewer
[ ] Either show the pointcloud on the registration viewer, or allow selection of point0 on the 2D viewer.

if user loads their own pointcloud they want to pick a point in there cloud to be point0, currently on the tab where we pick point 0 you can't see the pointcloud
