Help panel should be enriched and vary more as the user clicks the buttons #225

This is defined in https://github.com/TomographicImaging/iDVC/blob/1eae74768ef7f625fbff9042055172dfe188a4b0/src/idvc/dvc_interface.py#L405

For example, as the user selects the point 0 in the registration panel, the help text could change into the next step to do.
