When opening the app, the 3D view and the 2D view are not consistent. Make them equivalent.
Issue opened in the viewer https://github.com/TomographicImaging/CILViewer/issues/409. A quick fix could be to simply rotate the 2D viewer in iDVC and later fix it in the viewer
