Fix errors in run DVC for extra file formats

Closes #273

• add temporary txt file for the pointcloud
• add temporary csv file to handle BOM

This PR is a quick fix for the workshop in June 2024. A better solution could be implemented and issue https://github.com/TomographicImaging/iDVC/issues/285 has been opened for this.
