Exception: SSL connect error #88

I got this error when our server api call these two functions recent days: $plaid->webhooks->getVerificationKey(), $plaid->accounts->getBalance()

The current SDK version is 1.0.9

If you are using windows, then this solution works perfectly. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/28727411/cant-curl-https-url-on-wamp-but-works-on-remote-server-using-bash
