Nathalie gave Sam feedback. Overall, feedback on the template is good, tho she thinks that we might need unique questions in addition to the template questions for every project to make sure to capture everything. Need to get final sign-off from Nathalie on set of template questions (and then can add specific ones).

Next step, after finalizing template questions: set up a template for each of the projects that's been tagged as needing that and do them (this will involve reaching out to people who worked on them). This is something Natalie should look at, since she'd be involved in writing everything up in the end. This tracked in #16.
