The plots are now compatible with the ones provided in FEMA HAZUS Example: ESS4 plot in power fragility is the same with Figure 8.50 in https://www.fema.gov/sites/default/files/2020-09/fema_hazus_earthquake-model_technical-manual_2.1.pdf
