ui: moved "earthquake_intensity_unit" to ENGINE #61

Moved the dropdown selection option ("earthquake_intensity_unit") in SETTINGS tab to ENGINE tab. Whenever the user selects earthquake hazard, the unit selection menu will be displayed.
