ui: reorganized refactor filters

There are now six building-level filters on explore page

• ds: Damage State
• material: Load-Resisting System (Material)
• code_level: Code Level
• storeys: Number of Floors
• occupancy: Occupancy Type
• specialfac: Special Facility

These filters are associated with building layer and hence the map is directly affected, however metrics are not.
