可全局使用 scrcpy adb 命令

所需信息

  1. Redmi K30
  2. MIUI 11.0.15|稳定版
  3. scrcpy-win64-v1.12.1
  4. 可以使用 scrcpy 在命令行 打开设备
  5. 能否在scrcpy最大化时将画面拉伸而不是出现黑边？
