I wonder if you could include a slider that would enable changing the darkness 
and size of nipples on both women and men? Obviously it would show more effect 
on the former, but men vary too.

I too would like to be able to control nipples, notably to set length = 0.
I'm modelling children, and removing manually. It's a pain!

They do have a length modifier.

You could also use photoshop or gimp to edit the texture for color change.

Currently this can be achieved by having different skins, eg. to model the skin 
for different ethnics. I agree that this is not as versatile as a color slider.
We have recently introduced a library of different colored eyes which are 
placed on top of the base skin texture. Maybe it is possible to apply the same 
technique to solve this issue.
