Strange bones in dae #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run MH
2.Export to Collada
3.Import to modeling software

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
She bone structure is strange (wrong). Wrist_L, Wrist_R, Ankle_L and Ankle_R 
are all connected to MasterFloor. They don't seem to affect any vertices. 
(screenshot attached).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 SVN from 19.03.2011

Blender's collada importer does not display this problem, so I don't see it. 
However, The IK targets do not really serve a purpose, since they are ignored 
by the collada exporter, so I removed them from the simple and game rigs. 
Without IK targets, everything is parented to the Root bone in the pelvis area, 
so I removed the MasterFloor bone too.

Things now work when imported into Blender. What will happen in other packages 
I don't known.
