BSOD on program execution

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening the makehuman.exe file
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
MakeHuman will load but what i see is a BSOD screen with the process of Windows 
Vista saving then restarting

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nightly Build March 22,2011 5:00AM on a Windows Vista Service Pack 1 with all 
the updates 

Please provide any additional information below.
files listed below will not unzip:

.sconsign.dblite
compile_module.bat
compile_src.bat
compile_src.sh
compile_src_module.bat
compile_src_osx.sh
config.log
all files in ../makehuman/.sconf_temp are missing
all files in ../makehuman/apps and all subdirectories are missing
all files in ../makehuman/win and ../makehuma/linux are missing
all files in ../makehuman/core are missing
all files in ../makehuman/data and all subdirectories of it are missing

everything else unziped using the default windows winzip thing included in 
Windows Vista. i did not check for anything inside these files though.

Probably the other build was corrupt, as we didn't change anything
