SSL is not working (windows 7) #711

1. Open Application options, Transmission tab
2. Enable "Use SSL" checkbox
3. Click "OK"

Actual: Error: Unable to load OpenSSL library files: ssleay32.dll and 
libeay32.dll

Expected: the program should check if these libraries present in system and 
disable the checkbox if not. OR installer should provide these libraries.

Transgui 5.0, windows 7 x64
