What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just open the program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was used to a very old version on Transmission Remote (3.24 Build 3) and the 
Speed tab was super usefull for me. Can you please add it back?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You have used other product before (transmission-remote-dotnet). 
There were no Speed tab in transgui. But people wish it: Issue 25.
