Connection configuration is not documented #723

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  What the fuck is this stupid ass connection window?  Why isn't there 
anything on the site about how to get around it?  Magnet links don't work 
because I don't have the server information to configure your application.
2.

Too fucking lazy to provide instruction on how to use?  No Problem.  
Uninstalled.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
