Torrent with multiple files creates folder with its name

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get a .torrent with multiple files, *but them are in the 'root' folder*.
2. Add it as usually, selecting the destiny folder, and as "Save as" a name.
3. The files will be downloaded in a folder named as the name given before.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The files should be downloaded *in the folder selected, and not creating one*. 
The name in this case, should be only used as a name.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 5.0, Win7 

Please provide any additional information below.
uTorrent manages this correctly.

I suppose the torrent file is created with such folder structure. Transmission 
can not remove folders and rearrange the folders structure. Only rename is 
possible atm.
