LastDownloadDir sticks forever #738

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set DownloadDir=/mnt/Torrents
2. Change it to /media/Storage/Torrents in options.
3. Observe torrent failed when 99.8%

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is complete forgetting of LastDownloadDir=/mnt/Torrents. This 
is wrong ang causes errors dur to inability of transmission to write into this 
directory.
Instead I see again and again how transmission is trying to move completed 
torrent to /mnt/Torrents. I cannot get rid of this folder.

Folder0=/mnt/transmission/downloads
LastDownloadDir=/mnt/Torrents        

This keeps and keeps going.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0.1 on Windows 8.1

i just noticed that, hmm

i added some torrents to different dirs, but it would always go to the 
LastDownloadDir in the transmission.ini file. 

i checked and LastDownloadDir didn't get updated after each torrent was added.

using Gui v5.02
