Startup crash, permanent :( #742

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start the program in Windows 7 64 bit ultimate
2. The program crashes within 2-3 secs, without showing its user interface
3. even though I uninstall, reinstall the problem seems permanent

The program worked for 1-2 weeks without crash, but now it is permanent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

According to my analyis the program terminates due to access violation 
(c0000005) in dgapi.dll

same issue (sorry windows log in german) - DgApi.dll is part of Digital 
Guardian API Monitor from Verdasys - a cooperate "spyware" that hooks to every 
process. so i assume you are on a cooperate network and this is not actually a 
bug
