"Run" file to "Temp" directory #743

I keep my portable apps in Dropbox. When TRG launches, it creates temporary 
"run" file in its directory. It triggers Dropbox, and its log becomes cluttered 
with entries like "run was deleted" and "run was added".
Please add an option to create this file in %TEMP% directory.
