Sometimes not responding on exit #772

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Menu <Torrent>
2.Submenu <exit>
3.Meanwhile there is the "updating" icon displayed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it closes, instead it remains in a "not responding" state for tens of 
seconds

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 5.0.1 on Windows 7 x64 (ultimate), transmission-bt version 2.82 on an 
Openwrt device

Please provide any additional information below.
I'd like a free choice in the donation amount ;)
