Create popup menu in folder list - the same as for torrents

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I takes a time to stop/run/pause/etc a group of torrents (by folder, by 
tracker, by status)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I ask to add a popup menu for the tree in "filter panel" with the same items as 
torrent's popup menu (rus/stop/folder/announce/check/etc).
The action will be applied for torrents in selected folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0.1, Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.

По-русски:
Слева в дереве сделать выпадающее меню с 
действиями над торрентами 
(старт/стоп/удалить/перезапустить/итд).
Тогда можно будет быстро перезапустить 
торренты одного трекера, остановить все 
торренты из одной папки и т.п.
