Some keyboard shortcuts not showing in 'Torrent' menu #800

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select the 'Torrent' menu item

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

'Start', 'Force start' and 'Start all torrents' menu items show nothing, a 
shift symbol and a control symbol, instead of those symbols with another key 
(presumably a function key) name required to perform those functions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

5.0.1 on OS X 10.9.3 with Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 
1.6.0_65-b14-462-11M4609)

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the exact same issue on OX X 10.9.2 using Java version 8 update 31.
