Problem to open Save Torrent Path #821

Hi Team,

i have currently the problem, that i cannot open a finished torrent file with 
CTRL+Enter, although i can save into these paths. I use the newest Version of 
GUI on a PC and a Laptop. On the PC it is working fine with the same settings - 
on the laptop it does not work.

Do you have any ideas?
