Как добавить в очередь закачки файл не по 
торрент ссылке, а по хэш сумме.
например ECFC8CC753936C69929B6639CF5619AF550B8AE9  вместо 
magnet:?xt=urn:btih:ECFC8CC753936C69929B6639CF5619AF550B8AE9
