Adding my vote. As a consultant, I'm often working for multiple organizations at a given time - this would be an excellent solution.

Linux Ms teams client is getting retired so this issue might not be relevant anymore.

You could use Firefox with containers for the web app though. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multi-account-containers/
