The image used to build docker container has been deprecated #33

"FROM nvidia/cuda:9.2-cudnn7-devel-ubuntu16.04" leads to error because the image has been deprecated. Please use the new version , nvidia/cuda:12.3.2-cudnn9-devel-ubuntu20.04
