Mitsubishi SEZKD Integration #31

First release support of all basic command, ON /OFF Cool Dry Heat Fan Auto Temperature change fan settings 1to 3

Tested on SEZKDVAL25 ducted system To be investigate on ,timer funcion, and limit temperature range based on Heat/cool funcion.
