Big refactor: use DatasetEvaluator class #13

Refactored evaluation_lib.py so that we avoid passing all paths through function arguments.

TODO: @marcusabate can you refactor/delete unused evaluation code please?

[x] Refactor actual evaluation code, seems like there is three copies of the same code :cry:
- One for VIO: run_analysis
- One for PGO: run_analysis_pgo
- One for united? run_analysis_united

[ ] Regression tests script is now outdated since it does not use the DatasetEvaluator code...
