Changes

Optimize Table List by rendering from column this renders the table list faster as width calculation isn't needed anymore.
Fix alignment issues: Since we're rendering from column down instead of rows, we're sure that each column is aligned.

Key points to review

Remove nonBlocking as rendering items doesn't need width calculation anymore.
