Added Tabcomplete functionality to the e-mobile GUI.

As this is my first dabbling in Minecraft modding and a very long time since I used Java I hope I did this right. It works in a local LAN with multiple clients.

When two or more characters are typed, a tooltip will appear showing the names that start with those letters,
You are able to cycle through the names with the tab key.
The ! and p: prefixes will work with the autocomplete.

Sorry for not replying to this sooner, I haven't been modding for quite some time. I will see about incorporating this in the version for Minecraft 1.10 that I am now working on.
