Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Create a new smart contract from the eosio.token contract called syscoin.tmy https://github.com/AntelopeIO/reference-contracts/tree/main/contracts/eosio.token
• [ ] modify the transfer() function so that point cannot be transferred
• [ ] modify the issue() function so that it can only be called by the id.tmy account
• [ ] Modify the createperson() function on the id.tmy contract so that it will mint 100 tokens to each new user created
• [ ] Modify the bootstrap script to create the following account
  • syscoin.tmy Which is controlled by the foundation.tmy account & deploy the contract to it
  • it should also create the token with the symbol SYS
