Acceptance criteria:

• [ ] Update SDK consumers to @latest SDK version
• [ ] master branch release
• [ ] if needed, reset the blockchain or run re-bootstrapping as needed
• [ ] wait till iOS release, then
  • [ ] release the deployed iOS app to external testers https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps/1663471436/testflight
  • [ ] check demo environment later is running the latest code
